Vietnamese Women's Day flowers in Hue: order ahead guide

The safest way to send flowers in Hue for Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20) is to order a few days early and pick your delivery time slot when you order. Hoai Floral is a local flower shop in Hue, open 07:30–21:30 every day, taking orders by phone or Zalo on 0397 002 075.

In 2026, October 20 falls on a Tuesday. In Vietnam it is a day to thank the women in your life: mothers, partners, teachers and colleagues. Flowers are the classic gift, so local shops get very busy. Whether you live in Hue or want to send flowers to Hue from abroad, this guide covers what you need to know.

How far ahead should you order?

Two to three days ahead is ideal. Ordering early lets the shop prepare the exact flowers and colours you chose and keeps your preferred delivery slot free.

On normal days, same-day orders only need to be placed at least 2 hours in advance. Around October 20, though, many orders land on the same morning and afternoon, so the popular time slots fill up first.

How do you order flower delivery in Hue?

Browse the flower shop, then call or message the shop on Zalo with the name of the design. Have these details ready:

• The bouquet name, for example Hồng Phấn Thì Thầm, and the size or price you want
• Recipient's name, phone number and address in Hue
• Delivery date and time slot
• Your message for the free handwritten card
• Payment: cash on delivery or bank transfer by VietQR

Gift wrapping and a handwritten card are included free of charge, which is handy if you are overseas and cannot write the card yourself.

How much is delivery in Hue?

Delivery is free within central Hue for orders from 500,000 VND. For smaller orders or addresses further out, the fee depends on the area and is shown before you pay.

Which flowers suit October 20?

Choose for the person first, then the budget. Some real designs available now:

• A small, sweet gift: Mẫu Đơn Hồng Phấn, 170,000 VND
• For your mother or partner: Hồng Phấn Thì Thầm, 220,000–550,000 VND depending on size
• A box that needs no vase: Hộp Hồng Ngọt Ngào, 220,000 VND
• Something more formal for a teacher or manager: Cẩm Tú Cầu Hồng Mơ, 450,000 VND

Soft pink is a safe choice for October 20: gentle, suits almost anyone and photographs well.

Can you change the time or address?

Yes. Call or message the shop on Zalo before the delivery time to change the slot, the address or the card message. On a busy holiday, the earlier you tell the shop, the easier it is to rearrange.

What if the flowers arrive damaged?

If the flowers are damaged, the wrong design or late because of the shop, Hoai Floral will make a new bouquet or refund 100%. Send a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Details are on the delivery and returns page. Real flowers may differ slightly from photos in shade or stem count by season, but the colour tone and size you chose are kept.
