Delivery & returns

Delivery: we deliver in the time slot you pick when ordering. The delivery fee depends on the area and is shown clearly before you pay. Same-day orders need at least 2 hours' notice.

Changing an order: need a different time, address or message? Just call or message us on Zalo before the delivery time.

Returns: if the flowers are damaged, not as ordered or delivered late by us, Hoai Floral will make a new bouquet or refund you 100%. Simply take a photo and let us know within 24 hours of receiving the flowers.

Photos: real flowers may differ slightly from the photos in colour or number of stems depending on the season, but we always keep the colour palette and size you chose.
